Paul Marotto - Find Me a Way - Song Review - Alternative Rock from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

Today we are featuring a promising alternative rock artist, Paul Marotto, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. I reviewed his single, 'Find Me a Way,' along with its character, style, story, potential, and more.

Paul Marotto is a promising alternative rock artist I discovered about three months ago with his single, 'Find Me a Way,' released on May 23, 2021. For those who haven't heard of the artist before, Paul Marotto began his career with an EP titled 'Picking Up the Pieces' in 2021. Since then, the artist has released three more singles: 'Chemical Compound' (2021), 'Song from a Dream' (2021), 'Don't Wait Up For Me' (2021), and 'Find Me a Way' (2021). Now, please give the song a listen while reading the rest of the article.

Paul Marotto is a talented artist who has been releasing music since the beginning of this year, 2021. After visiting his social media feed and checking his discography, I get the impression that he is an introverted person who has decided to reveal his hidden world through his music, which immediately reminded me of someone. First of all, I'd like to say that his music sounded very familiar to me, not in terms of musicality, but with its overall vibe, especially in 'Find Me a Way.' Maybe some people would disagree with me on this, but you can easily feel the music where the emotions flawlessly transmit the message to the listener.

'Find Me a Way' is a brilliant song with a fantastic balance, a powerful blend of acoustic and post-rock elements. The structure of the song is nowhere near anything standard we hear on the radio; it is rather progressive and innovative, which reminded me of some of my favorite progressive rock bands such as Porcupine Tree and Opeth. The overall atmosphere is irresistible, leaving the listener with no chance but to delve into Paul's inner darkness. Lastly, I admired his out-of-the-box thinking in creating this beautiful piece, which is one of the main reasons I decided to feature him here on Metalhead Community. He has combined many different elements, from alternative rock to progressive rock, from jazz to classical chords, resulting in a gem that all progressive music fans would love to have in their playlists.

The technical side of the work is fantastic, even though every single instrument was played, mixed, and mastered by Paul Marotto himself. This is quite extraordinary, showcasing his musicality along with technical ability. Such talent allows the artist to fully reflect his music in the way he wants it to sound. Many times, artists lose their musical character while searching for someone who can understand and add value to their music with their own vision. I must admit that I am quite impressed with the technical standards of 'Find Me a Way.' Not only does it sound perfect, but it also possesses a unique character.

When I take all of this into account, I'd like to say that I am impressed by Paul Marotto. I hope he will take his musical career more seriously and consider the feedback he receives from fans in the long term. He has undeniable potential in what he does, and the only obstacle in his path to success is working more on his musical representation and marketing.

Please go ahead and check out the links below if you'd like to find out more about the artist, follow him on social media, subscribe to his channels to show your support, and not miss any upcoming releases.
