Megadeth lineup through the years

When we take a look at the past of those famous metal bands, we see that some differences almost always arise between the members, and it seems that bad character is one of the requirements that all the participants of a metal band must have.

This is how we can see that, in some cases, the lineups are constantly changing, and there are always one or two members who are used to see many more passing through their ranks.

Awaiting a new lineup

During this 2021 Mustaine unveiled some news regarding the band. David Ellefson will no longer be able to play in Megadeth. But it was not a decision that was made in haste.

Ellefson was involved in a scandal in which he is accused of having sexual interactions with an underage girl. These messages were spread on the Internet, and although Ellefson tried to defend himself and say that the girl was already an adult, many people were not convinced.

Dave Mustaine added in the statement that before these events, the relationship with the bassist was already strained, so he did not hesitate to cut working relations with him.
