White Bay – Linear Song Review

Today we are featuring another promising hard rock band; WHITE BAY, from AUSTRALIA. We have reviewed their powerful song; LINEAR, along with its character, style, story, potential and more.

White Bay is a promising melodic/prog rock band I have discovered through Metalhead Community Submissions about 3 months ago with their captivating song; Linear, which was released as a single in 2019. The band is officially making releases since 2018. They have started their careers with a single called; “In My Head” (2018), and continued with two more singles; “Jump into the Wind” (2019) and “Linear” (2019). The band has only 3 songs/singles so far, yet has made solid progress with their quality over quantity approach in their careers. Now, please give the song a listen while reading the rest of the article.

Linear has immediately reminded me of the 00s with its overall feeling and vibes. The structure of the song is quite standard, focusing more on the overall mood, which is quite addictive. It easily pulls the listener into its world and leaves its mark in their memory right afterward. The overall instrumentation is very well done, nothing is too much or missing. They have kept everything on a beautiful balance, which I believe is one of their strong sides, so the song is very meaningful and impressive as a whole. On the other hand, the song is quite moody, gives you no choice but to give your full attention to it while listening even for the first time. The band is showing great potential with their character in this song. Like I said earlier, they are showing greatness with their delicious blend. And listening to a song such as this one couldn’t be more satisfying.

Technically, Linear has exceptional standards in every way. The song sounds so good, I can even listen to this vocal mix alone for hours. Briefly, I would like to congratulate their producer who has done an amazing job by giving life to this beautiful song. It is a very well done job!

When I take all these into account, I’d like to say that I have had a great time listening to White Bay. Linear is another solid step forward in their careers without a doubt. White Bay has everything they need to be successful, and all they have to do is to continue making music while maintaining their standards!

Please go ahead and check out the links below if you’d like to find out more about the artist/band, follow them on social media and subscribe to their channels to show your support and also not to miss any upcoming releases.
